Abstract

BCQM_V_glue_axes v1.0.0 This release archives the version of the bcqm_glue_axes codebase used for the numerical results in: P. M. Ferguson, Boundary-Condition Quantum Mechanics V: Lockstep bundles and emergent time, Zenodo record: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18233747 The repository provides: A hop-based event-thread simulator with four glue axes: hop coherence, shared bias, phase locking, domains, plus a cadence-disorder channel. YAML-driven configs for the A-, C-, and V-series runs discussed in BCQM V. A set of analysis scripts and plotting utilities, including: plot_glue_axes_summary.py for the Fig. 4 glue-axes summary plot. Run metadata and per-run RUN_REPORT_*.md files documenting the key diagnostics and parameter choices. Reproducibility The main production runs are: A-series (single-axis glue): run_A1_hop_only, run_A2_shared_bias, run_A3_phase_lock, run_A4_domains. C-series (cadence and combinations): run_C1–run_C9. V-series (all axes): run_V1_all_axes and its convergence variant. Each run lives under outputs_glue_axes/ / with: metadata.json (config snapshot), summary.json (aggregated diagnostics), RUN_REPORT_ _glue_axes*.md (human-readable summary).
