Abstract

Abstract — Getting reliable home maintenance help shouldn’t be a hassle, but honestly, the market’s still all over the place. That’s why we built a web-based Home Service Provider Management System using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The platform connects people who need services with professionals who can deliver. We put together separate modules for secure login, easy service discovery, and real-time booking. After running a full round of functional tests, the results are clear: the platform makes it much simpler for homeowners and service providers to connect and get things done, safely and efficiently.
