Abstract

This publication introduces the GIL Standard Generator (GSG), a meta-standard designed to generate and validate audit-friendly, falsifiable, and competency-based learning standards. GSG does not prescribe teaching methods or curricula. Instead, it defines normative structural requirements for what qualifies as a valid, accountable learning process. The generator formalizes the MAP–DRILL–PROOF ontological triad and provides a deterministic Validity Gate through which any generated standard must pass in order to be considered valid. GSG is intended for institutional education, workforce training, micro-credential systems, and VR/AR-supported learning environments where evidence, auditability, and resistance to bypassing are critical. This document specifies the generator schema, validation logic, governance model, and versioning rules, positioning GSG as an infrastructure-level framework rather than a pedagogical methodology.
