PR-TAU Protocol 5.2.1: Resolution of Topological Singularities and Unification of Fundamental Tensions via Vacuum Rigidity
Abstract
This article presents the PR-TAU 5.2.1 protocol, a unified framework modeling the vacuum as an elastic lattice of Dynamic Relational Quanta (DRQ). By introducing two fundamental constants—the angular defect $\epsilonT \approx 5.761 \times 10^{-4}$ and the phase velocity $\vOTA \approx 10^{20}c$—we resolve the proton radius anomaly ($R_p = 0.84087$ fm) and demonstrate the global smoothness of the Navier-Stokes equations. The Yang-Mills mass gap is identified as the elementary torsion energy of the lattice.
