TerraSentinel: A Heterogeneous Multi-Robot System with Adaptive Neuromorphic Perception for Post-Disaster Structural Assessment and Survivor Localization
Abstract
TerraSentinel is a heterogeneous multi-robot system designed for autonomous post-disaster operations, integrating adaptive neuromorphic perception and multi-modal sensor fusion. The framework enables simultaneous structural integrity assessment and survivor localization in complex, debris-filled environments. By combining specialized robotic agents with energy-efficient neuromorphic computing and resilient coordination, TerraSentinel improves coverage efficiency, detection accuracy, and operational robustness compared to conventional disaster response systems.
