tkatsine/Counting-protein-aggregates: Counting protein aggregates

This is an open-source ImageJ script for counting intracellular protein aggregates/puncta from a directory containing images obtained with 10x objectives of widefield or confocal fluorescence microscopes. The detection is based on using the ImageJ plugin ComDet and can use images with fluorescently-tagged proteins or after fluorescent antibody labelling. The analysis can be modified to work with different settings by changing the size of analysed particles in the "ch1a_arr" line or/and the intensity threshold (in SD) in the "ch1s_arr" line.
