The Universal Homeostatic Action: A Noether-Theoretic Unification of the Ruliad and M-Theory
Abstract
We present a generalized effective field theory, the Universal Homeostatic Action(SU niv ), which resolves the vacuum selection problem of the Wolfram Ruliad and unifiesthe five superstring theories into a single dynamic framework. We postulate that physicalexistence is not a static property but a dynamic process of error correction—specifically, the active suppression of the Associator Anomaly A within a non-associative bulk. Byextending Noether’s Theorem to the discrete symmetry of algebraic rank, we derive a con-served “Current of Existence,” identifying mass as the geometric torsion generated by thebreaking of Sedenion (D = 16) symmetry down to the Octonionic (D = 8) Standard Model. We derive the Octonionic Renormalization Group (ORG) equation, demonstratingthat the five string theories represent distinct metastable phases of Geometric Stiffness(β). Finally, we prove that the observed physical universe (β ≈ 1.91) is the unique asymp-totic attractor of this flow, balancing the information capacity of the bulk with the causalconsistency of the boundary.
