tkatsine/Nuclear-counting: Nuclear counting

This is open-source ImageJ script for counting cell nuclei from a directory containing images obtained with all 10x objectives of widefield or confocal fluorescence microscopes. The cell nuclei can be stained with conventional nuclear dyes (DAPI, Hoechst, etc) or with fluorescent antibody labelling. The analysis can be modified to work with different magnfications by changing the size of the "Analyze particles" line.
