Abstract

This paper introduces the Master Concept of Cell Logic, formalized through the Autonomous Cell-Actor Theory (AZAT). It defines a universal 9-level hierarchy from the Planck-Basis (Level -1) to cosmic systems, governed by Information Gauge Symmetry (δΨ = 0).
