Abstract

This document provides a descriptive account of ordinary human care as it appears at the human regulatory layer prior to role, obligation, expertise, or intervention. Care is described as presence, pacing tolerance, proximity modulation, and non-escalatory holding rather than action, treatment, reassurance, or repair. The document explicitly distinguishes ordinary human care from therapeutic, clinical, moral, or institutional care. This document does not recommend caregiving behaviours, establish responsibilities, or propose standards of care. Its sole function is to prevent the misinterpretation of ordinary human regulatory support as obligation, treatment, or authority.
