Abstract

This document provides a descriptive structural account of how time functions as a regulatory stabiliser under conditions of sustained load. Rather than treating time as a subjective experience or cultural construct, the document describes time as a structural constraint that limits accumulation, enforces sequencing, and enables termination. Instability arises when time is misused as a compensatory mechanism for unresolved load, resulting in drift, compression, or indefinite deferral. This document is descriptive only. It does not propose techniques, interventions, schedules, optimisation strategies, or corrective actions. Its sole function is to clarify the structural role of time in maintaining regulatory stability and to prevent misassignment of temporal pressure as solution or control.
