Abstract

This document provides a structural description of climate change as the downstream migration of regulatory load rather than as a moral, ideological, or belief failure. Climate instability is described as emerging when energy input, constraint, and rhythm are misaligned at planetary scale, resulting in accumulation, volatility, and delayed feedback. The document does not assign blame, propose solutions, recommend policy, or invoke political or ethical framing. It is descriptive only and exists to clarify why instability persists even when intent, awareness, or effort increase.
