Cosmic Growth Suppression from a Late-Time Phase Transition
Abstract
This repository contains 'Cosmic Growth Suppression from a Late-Time Phase Transition' and the analysis code and derived numerical products supporting the paper/ The materials provided here allow full reproduction of all figures, tables, and quoted numerical results in the manuscript, and enable straightforward modification of modeling assumptions. Contents This archive includes: Python analysis scripts implementing the phenomenological phase-transition growth model CSV files containing all derived quantities used in the paper, including: Model comparison statistics (Table 1) Best-fit parameters for weak-lensing, joint WL+RSD, and lensing-only tests Growth suppression diagnostics and forecast outputs Configuration files and utilities required to regenerate all plots and numerical results reported in the manuscript These files constitute the source-of-truth numerical outputs referenced throughout the paper. Data sources and scope This work uses summary-level constraints and amplitude-sensitive observables derived from multiple public cosmological surveys, including weak gravitational lensing, redshift-space distortions, and CMB lensing. The following survey data products are publicly available from their respective collaborations and are not redistributed here: KiDS-1000 and KiDS DR4.x weak-lensing data products DES Year 3 cosmic shear likelihoods ACT three-year CMB lensing likelihood products BOSS / Alam et al. (2016) consensus and individual Gaussian RSD constraints Planck 2018 cosmological parameters Links and citations to these resources are provided in the manuscript and documentation. This repository contains only derived summaries and model outputs produced by the present analysis. It does not include survey catalogs, likelihood tarballs, MCMC chains, or collaboration-specific inference products. Reproducibility All results in the cosmology section of the paper can be reproduced by running the analysis scripts in: RD_beyond_galaxies_cosmology_v1.0.zip The analysis is designed so that individual modeling assumptions (e.g. transition redshift, sharpness, suppression amplitude, or baseline cosmology) can be modified with minimal code changes. Intended use This repository is intended to support: Independent verification of the numerical results presented in the paper Sensitivity tests under alternative assumptions Future extensions using upcoming survey data (e.g. Euclid, Rubin, Roman) It is not intended as a replacement for full survey likelihood analyses.
