∞-Groupoid Cosmology B; Observable Dimensional Renormalization and Holographic Noise Thermometer
Abstract
Starting from the axioms of information conservation and computability, thispaper introduces the Observable Dimensional Renormalization (ODR) procedure, interpreting the information potential difference ∆µ as a thermodynamic force onthe holographic boundary, and derives the absolute prediction curve for the holographic noise temperature THN(z). This temperature originates from the discretetransitions of ∆µ in units of ln2, which release 1‑bit energy packets that thermalizeon the boundary degrees of freedom, producing a step-like feature with an amplitude of 29.4 µK at redshift z = 3.5. This prediction has no free parameters andis decoupled from astrophysical processes. Analysis shows that the 21 cm intensitymapping of SKA‑2 can achieve a sensitivity of 0.05 µK in the range 0.15 ≲ z ≲ 6,promising to test this signal with 6σ significance by 2027. If confirmed, THN willbecome the second thermometer in cosmology with absolute zero calibration significance after the CMB temperature Tγ, providing a third independent experimentalpillar for the axiom of information conservation
