STROBE and SRQR reporting checklists for Sahabat DM usability study

This file contains the completed STROBE and SRQR reporting guideline checklists for the study entitled “Usability Evaluation of the Pharmacist-Integrated Sahabat DM Application for Type 2 Diabetes Management in Indonesian Primary Care Using SEQ and SUS Instruments”. The document includes:(1) a one-page summary of compliance with STROBE and SRQR guidelines, and(2) full STROBE and SRQR checklists with detailed Page/Section mapping indicating where each reporting item is addressed in the manuscript. These checklists are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with F1000Research reporting requirements.
