The Prime-Manifold Conjecture: A Topological Revaluation of the Fermi Paradox and the Drake Equation
Abstract
This paper introduces the Prime-Manifold Conjecture, a non-Euclidean framework for universal connectivity. We propose that the ”Six Degrees of Separation” is a mathematical constant derived from the Basel Problem (π^2/6) and the density of primes in π/6 sectoral corridors. We replace the linear Drake Equation with a topological tensor, N = (H_π · ρ) · S_m · (Z)^(L/2D) or N = (H_pi * rho) * S_m * (Z)^(L/2D) demonstrating that the Fermi Paradox is a consequence of a "Temporal Moat." By anchoring the model in a 4-billion-year biogenic baseline, we prove that interstellar contact is a race between biological evolution and cosmic expansion.
