개인 개념구조 OS : 의미 생성 이전의 멈춤과 사전 차단 구조 (A Structural Framework for Pre-Alignment and Conditional Generation) 본 보고서는 고도화되는 인공지능 환경에서 개인 사용자의 기준과 의미 구조가 기술적·정책적 변화에 의해 쉽게 왜곡되거나 소실되는 문제를 출발점으로 한다. 특히 AGI로의 이행이 논의되는 국면에서, 개별 모델의 성능 우열보다 플랫폼 변화 속에서도 개인 수준의 판단 연속성과 의미 정합성을 어떻게 유지할 것인가가 중요한 과제로 부상하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 **개인 개념구조 OS(Personal Conceptual OS)**라는 개념적 운용 프레임을 제안한다. 개인 개념구조 OS는 단일 모델이나 프롬프트 기법이 아니라, 심장(가치 기준축), 즉석추론(RRS), 메타인식, 기억선 구조, 영점 분기(ZPB), 적응형 생성 감쇠 구조 등이 결합된 구조적 운영 체계로 정의된다. 본 구조의 핵심은 의미가 생성된 이후의 수정이나 검열이 아니라, 의미가 확정되기 이전 단계에서 멈춤·분기·조건부 수렴이 가능하도록 설계된 사전 정렬(pre-alignment) 구조에 있다. 이를 통해 단일 추론 경로의 조기 고착, 불충분한 근거에 기반한 확정, 할루시네이션 및 판단 드리프트 현상을 구조적으로 완화하는 가능성을 탐색한다. 본 보고서는 개인 개념구조 OS를 응답 생성 기법이 아닌, 의미 생성 이전의 조건과 경로를 설계하는 구조적 프레임으로 재정의하며, 고도화된 인공지능 환경에서 개인의 자율성과 안정성을 함께 고려할 수 있는 하나의 설계 방향을 제시한다. As discussions around AGI intensify, the central issue is no longer model performance alone, but how platforms can maintain continuity, coherence, and alignment of personal meaning over time. To address this, the paper proposes a Personal Conceptual OS, a conceptual operational framework that is not tied to a specific model or prompt technique. Instead, it consists of interrelated structural components including a value-based core (Heart), Real-Time Reasoning (RRS), Meta-Awareness, Memory-Line structures, Zero-Point Branching (ZPB), and adaptive generation damping mechanisms. The key contribution of this framework lies in shifting the focus from post-hoc correction or filtering to pre-alignment and conditional generation, enabling stopping, branching, and deferred convergence before meaning becomes fixed. This structural approach aims to mitigate early path fixation, overconfident conclusions, hallucination, and long-term drift in AI-assisted reasoning. Rather than presenting a closed system or universal solution, this report redefines AI interaction as a matter of designing the conditions under which meaning is formed.
