Abstract

This repository provides a code (🖳) associated with the study: Farias, Luan, et al. "Mechanistic prediction of dissolved oxygen concentrations in surface water considering the influence of salinity and temperature" The scripts are developed in the MATLAB environment and utilize the AMIGO2 toolbox for optimization and optimal experimental design. AMIGO2 can be downloaded from https://sites.google.com/site/amigo2toolbox and should be placed alongside the repository files. Structure and Usage Install AMIGO2 toolbox following the instructions Startup AMIGO2 Run Run_simulation_STF to simulate the model. The results will be saved under the name data_simulation_results. The code calls to Model_DOMech where the equations of the model are load Data_inputs_and_bestPar with inputs and best estimate of parameters to run the model
