Abstract

The provided dataset presents the virtual screening results of 44 Magnoliaceae-derived alkaloids against Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2; PDB ID: 8TB6). It aggregates scores from SMINA, Vinardo, and AD4 functions, supplemented by a consensus scoring assessment.
