Abstract

The protocol database is a web-based protocol management system featuring:• Top navigation bar with two primary action buttons: ❖ Protocols List: to view uploaded protocols. Visibility is based on the access level. ❖ Document new protocol: to add a new protocol to the database.• Login section with fields for Email and Password, plus buttons to Log in or Set up anaccount.• Filter section with dropdown menus for: ❖ Project ❖ Organisation ❖ Access levelAlong with Filter and Reset buttons to refine or clear search results.• A structured table containing all fields describing the protocols, the attached protocol documents, and the generated URLs.
