Fractal Architecture of Reality: From Quantum Coherence to Collective Intelligence
Abstract
This work constitutes a formal continuation and extension of the preprint “Resonance Architecture of Consciousness” (Version 1, published January 10, 2026), in which the foundational concepts of resonant and fractal approaches to cognitive systems were first introduced. Article 1: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18208517 Article 3: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18248507 While the previous version was primarily focused on conceptual structure and qualitative arguments, the present manuscript develops this framework into a fully operational, quantitative, and empirically testable formulation. The core concepts introduced earlier are here reformulated using explicit mathematical definitions, information-theoretic metrics, and reproducible measurement protocols. In particular, this work: formalizes resonance and coherence through the Resonance Fractal Dimension; introduces explicit stability conditions under entropic constraints; defines an empirical protocol (RDP-1) applicable to biological, artificial, and collective systems; and integrates multiple cognitive measurements into a single measurable index. The present version is intended to supersede the preliminary formulation by providing methodological rigor, computational clarity, and experimental accessibility, while preserving full conceptual continuity with the original work.
