∞-Groupoid Cosmology C; Unified Framework and Prospects for Information Cosmology
Abstract
This paper proposes a theory of “universe pair” generation based on the quantization of the information potential difference (∆µ). The theory assumes thatthe universe is a closed quantum information system, whose information potentialdifference possesses a minimal quantum unit of ln2. When the information potential difference undergoes a quantized transition, the system experiences a pairwisebranching via a CPT inversion, producing a forward-time-ordered universe and amirror universe with time reversal, charge conjugation, and spatial parity inversion. This process not only provides a statistical information-based explanation forthe origin of the arrow of time, but also predicts observable cosmological effects:a sinusoidal odd-mode oscillation with a characteristic frequency of 3.2 × 10−4 Hzand an amplitude of approximately 0.8% will appear in the primordial gravitationalwave power spectrum; an additional suppression of about 4.3 µK will appear in thequadrupole of the CMB temperature anisotropy; and there may exist a tiny drift ofthe effective cosmological constant of order ∆ΩΛ ∼ 10−5 in the late-time expansionhistory. These predictions can be tested by future experiments such as LISA, SKA,CMB‑S4, and LSST, thereby endowing the theory with clear falsifiability.
