Abstract

This repository contains the genomes used for the sugarcane super pangenome graph. Additionally, the raw methylation, ATAC, and RNA data have been uploaded to NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/1353852) and NGDC (https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/bioproject/browse/PRJCA051427).
