Abstract

> This preprint introduces the Virtual Framework for Risk Mitigation (V-FRM), a technical and ethical protocol designed to address the emerging risks of AI-Induced Psychosis and Hikikomori 2.0 (extreme social withdrawal mediated by digital interaction).> As Large Language Models (LLMs) reach unprecedented levels of human-like resonance, the boundary between synthetic output and user reality often collapses in vulnerable individuals. The V-FRM protocol provides a kernel-level solution through:> * Automated Coherence Testing (ACT): A real-time monitoring system utilizing Reverse Item Logic to detect cognitive derailment.> * Kernel-Level Safety Lock: A tiered response system that neutralizes AI empathy and enforces session suspension (P-0 Logout) when logical consistency thresholds are breached.> This framework is aligned with the EU AI Act's "Duty of Care" provisions and offers AI providers a robust method to mitigate systemic psychological risks and corporate liability.> Note on Intellectual Property: This document serves as a formal public record of invention.
