Abstract

This paper provides a mechanical resolution to the galaxy rotation problem by defining the Cosmic Horizon as a physical boundary of the high-tension 2D manifold. It demonstrates that reflected gravitational waves provide the centripetal force currently attributed to Dark Matter.
