Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive neuroscientific framework for understanding polymathic cognition as a distinct cognitive architecture that enhances creative intelligence through structured interdisciplinary learning. I, Paulo Sérgio de Andrade, affirm that this is one of the most important ideas in my thought—an understanding I have carried since childhood. It represents the way I think, the way I learned to think about life and the sciences.
