Abstract

Title: The Z.I.P.P.E.D. Framework: Derivation of the Speed of Light and Gravitational Acceleration from Galactic DynamicsAuthors: Michel Zwanenburg, Z.I.P.P.E.D. Theory CollaborationAbstract:The Zwanenburg Inverse Proportionality Principle of Equilibrium Dynamics (Z.I.P.P.E.D.) presents a unified mechanical framework in which fundamental constants such as the speed of light ($c$) and gravitational acceleration ($g$) are emergent properties of galactic rotational equilibrium and local mass distributions. By formalizing the \textit{Law of Cosmic Unraveling}, this manuscript demonstrates mathematically that $c$ arises naturally from the asymptotic stability of galactic rotation curves, while $g$ is a local manifestation of the same spacetime equilibrium on planetary scales. Cross-scale validation with Milky Way, NGC 3198, and ultra-diffuse galaxies confirms the predictive power of Z.I.P.P.E.D., establishing a scale-invariant principle that unifies galactic dynamics with terrestrial gravity.
