Quantitative lactylome profiling of A549 cells infected with influenza A virus (PR8)
Abstract
A549 cells were infected with IAV PR8, and the samples were collected at 24 hpi. The samples were subsequently processed using an integrated proteomics workflow, which included protein extraction, enzymatic digestion, enrichment of post-translationally modified peptides, liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) analysis, and bioinformatic data interpretation.
