Abstract

Default AncPack RDS reference object and panel SNPs for use with the ancpack R package. These were generated based on the following HGDP+1000G files released as part of gnomADv3.1 (see Koenig et al. 2024). Sample info for HGDP+1000G with PC outliers removed HGDP+1000G PLINK files including LD-pruned, common (>1%) sites
