Abstract

A comprehensive impact report on Phase II of the Lambeth Fruit & Veg on Prescription (LFVP) programme, delivered by the AT Beacon Project in partnership with Lambeth Council and the Alexandra Rose Charity. The report highlights significant improvements in blood pressure, diet quality, mental well-being, and food security, alongside strong participant engagement and culturally relevant delivery. It presents compelling case studies, community insights, and clear evidence of how food-based prescribing supports NHS prevention priorities and the National Food Strategy, presenting a scalable, community-led model for reducing health inequalities and strengthening local food systems.
