Abstract

Providing a radical solution to the chronic crises of current cosmological models, such as the Hubble Tension and the Vacuum Catastrophe, this study models the universe as a dynamic interaction between a 6-dimensional hexagonal "Sin Lattice" and a 9-degree-of-freedom "Ta Energy". Through the formulated Durmuş Constant (Ω_D ≈ 309) and the Geometric Damping Coefficient (α_D ≈ 1.03), the Hubble constant is calculated with 99.9% accuracy (72.99 km/s/Mpc), and fundamental biological constants such as the DNA helical angle (34.33°) are mathematically derived. This unified theoretical synthesis proves the hidden geometric link between micro-biological organization and macro-cosmological expansion, defining the universe as an information-oriented structure.
