Abstract

This document provides a formal condensation of Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC) structured in four phases. RDCC is conceptualized as a minimal structural framework for a global, timeless, and CPT-symmetric universe, from which sectoral dynamics emerge without global time or evolution. The emphasis is on axiomatic minimality, with lemmas and corollaries establishing the core structure, including fixed-point relaxation, sectoral time, and projection artifacts. No dynamical extensions, phenomenological interpretations, or empirical predictions are included; the text serves solely for precise mathematical consolidation and foundational clarity within the RDCC ecosystem.
