THE ORIGIN OF PHYSICAL ENFORCEMENT
Abstract
This paper isolates physical enforcement as the irreducible foundation of physical reality and examines whether enforcement itself can be derived from any non-enforcing structure. Using elimination by necessity, it demonstrates that descriptions, laws, constants, and representations can be removed without altering physical evolution, while removal of enforcement eliminates all physical change. The analysis establishes enforcement as a primitive, non-derivable physical fact defined solely by force, energy exchange, momentum exchange, and reciprocal back-reaction, and shows that enforcement does not originate from description, abstraction, or formal consistency.
