Abstract

This book presents a unified conceptual framework explaining energy, motion, force, and gravity through a single fundamental principle — the Law of Striving toward equilibrium. According to this law, all physical processes arise only when equilibrium is disturbed and manifest as motion striving to restore balance. Energy is interpreted not as a stored substance, but as a measurable aspect of motion. Force is viewed as an effect observed during changes of motion, rather than as a primary cause. Using simple natural experiments and intuitive reasoning, the book reinterprets gravity, inertia, orbital motion, heat, sound, light, and even extreme phenomena such as black holes within one coherent framework. The Law of Striving does not reject existing physical theories but provides a unifying conceptual foundation consistent with classical mechanics, thermodynamics, electrodynamics, quantum theory, and general relativity. The book is intended for students, educators, and readers seeking a clear and intuitive understanding of fundamental physical phenomena without heavy mathematical formalism.
