Abstract

This paper proposes that the genesis of the universe is not a product of chance, but an inevitable process triggered by the establishment of a specific mathematical constraint: the four-point interference invariant I₄. The universe exists under the condition of being “describable,” and the moment the ratio 1:4:15 is realized in the minimal descriptive unit I₄, the cosmos ignites. Thereafter, all physical laws, matter, and intelligence emerge solely through the recursive unfolding of this invariant. In the appendix, the uniqueness of the I₄ ratio is demonstrated, along with its resolution of major cosmological problems (low initial entropy, primordial black holes, CMB, dark matter/dark energy, causality and the speed of light limit).
