SNN model for event type discrimination

Recent studies have shown that neural network models trained in a local region may not generalize well to a different region, particularly with distinct data characteristics. Here, we explore the effectiveness of metric learning by leveraging the Siamese neural network (SNN) to enhance the generalization of neural network models in discriminating between blasts, collapse, and natural earthquakes.
