Topological Selection of Habitable Universes via Riemann Zeta Zero Resonances in (2,2) Spacetime Throats
Abstract
The Fine-Tuning Problem and the Quantum Measurement Problem suggest a selection mechanismacting upon the cosmological multiverse. In this paper, we propose a novel topological filtrationmechanism based on the spectral properties of the Riemann Zeta function. We posit that primordialwormholes, acting as bridges between the multiverse ensemble and physical reality, possess atransition region with a split-signature (2, 2) metric. Within this region, we demonstrate that thedestructive interference of path integrals annihilates any universe configuration that does not satisfythe vanishing Wronskian condition (W → 0) associated with the self-adjoint extension of theBerry-Keating Hamiltonian (H = xp). Consequently, only universes with vacuum energy spectracorresponding to the imaginary parts of the Riemann zeros can emerge from the topological throatas stable, time-evolving spacetimes. This model provides a non-anthropic, purely mathematicalexplanation for the selection of physical laws.
