Abstract

This dataset contains the processed gene expression count matrix (RNA-seq) generated for the study "Biological welding enables rapid and efficient bladder cystotomy closure".Due to archival hardware failure, the raw sequencing data (Fastq) generated in 2017 are no longer available. This repository provides the processed Read Count Matrix, which is sufficient to reproduce the differential expression analysis presented in the manuscript (Figures 7-10).Experimental Design:Organism:Canis lupus familiaris (Beagle dogs).Sample Prep: Total RNA was extracted from pooled bladder tissue samples (n=3 biological replicates pooled per library).Groups included in this dataset:1. Normal: Untreated/Normal bladder tissue (Baseline).2. Control: Traditional Suturing group (1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks post-operation).3. Welding: Biological Welding group (1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks post-operation).
