Phase-Selective Energy Accumulation under Safety-Constrained Electromagnetic Irradiation
Abstract
This paper proposes a receiver-centered design framework for wireless energy transmission under strict electromagnetic safety constraints. Unlike conventional high-power transmission approaches that rely on increasing instantaneous field intensity, the proposed method maintains all free-space electromagnetic exposure well below established safety limits. Practical energy utility is achieved through time-integrated and phase-selective accumulation at the receiving system, rather than through spatial or instantaneous power concentration. The framework introduces no new physical laws and operates entirely within linear electromagnetic theory and energy conservation principles. Energy significance emerges only after controlled accumulation within engineered receiver structures, ensuring that hazardous high-energy states never exist in free space. This approach offers a scalable and socially compatible pathway for energy supplementation in space-based solar power systems, remote infrastructure, and storage-oriented applications. By prioritizing safety, regulatory acceptance, and incremental deployment, the proposed scheme complements existing high-power wireless transmission theories while addressing their primary non-technical barriers.
