Abstract: This paper presents the "Doctrine of Mizan" (Universal Measure) within the scope of the Durmuş-Omega Framework, exploring the thermodynamic and geometric mechanics of the universe. The study resolves two fundamental cosmological puzzles—the "Hubble Tension" and the origin of "Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB)" radiation—using a deterministic approach based on a 6-dimensional Sin-Lattice structure and a geometric damping coefficient (alpha=1.03).
