ABSTRACT The recent increase in the use of digital tools has shifted the process of service delivery of most industries with education being among them. A big percentage of students and staffs visit the campus canteens every day and in the majority of the cases they experience such issues as long lines, poor order processing, errors in manual billing, and miscommunication between other workers and clients. OrderHub-Online Campus Canteen Ordering System is a web based technology, which will allow students and staff to pre-order food. It is through this system that these issues have been solved. This system will comprise of the digital record system, order tracking, real time placement of orders and menu viewing under a single system. Order Hub streamlines the ordering business hence simplifies the entire business, minimizes errors made by human beings and simplifies traffic during peak seasons. The proposed solution will be quicker, smarter, and more trustworthy because it will allow the users to handle it more easily, provide a better quality of services, and allow canteen staff members to manage the inventory and orders more effectively. .
