INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND ANTI-MONOPOLY CONTROL IN SERVICE INDUSTRIES
Abstract
The figure shows digital economic mechanisms and antitrust control mechanisms as parallel and mutually coordinated blocks, which represents a conceptually balanced approach. That is, while increasing economic efficiency through digital platforms and algorithmic governance, mechanisms for detecting algorithmic discrimination, assessing platform dominance, and controlling anticompetitive behavior are simultaneously activated. This model is based on a modern antitrust concept that combines the ideas of ex-ante and ex-post regulation.
