An interactive version of Fig. 10 in A nanopathology pipeline for clinical research across scales using human tissue

This is an interactively explorable version of Figure 10 for further visualisation of the cells corresponding to each point in all UMAP plots. Instructions: after downloading the unzip the files, simply open one of the 2 html file and click on a point in any of the 4 UMAPs to show the visualisation of the corresponding cell on the top right. All 4 labels as well as the cell ID are shown on top of the visualisation. There are 2 html files: "Interactive_UMAP_images.html" only shows the middle slice of each cell ROI while "Interactive_UMAP_videos.html" shows a movie of the whole 3D volume.
