DETERMINING A PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAJECTORY BASED ON THE RESULTS OF PEDAGOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS

This article is aimed at elucidating the theoretical and methodological foundations of determining a personal development trajectory based on the results of pedagogical diagnostics. The study interprets pedagogical diagnostics as an important scientific tool for identifying an individual’s characteristics, needs, abilities, and level of development. The role of diagnostic results in defining personal development goals, individualizing the processes of education and upbringing, and determining the step-by-step direction of development is substantiated. The personal development trajectory is considered as a pre-planned, flexible, and reflective model of pedagogical influence that serves to enhance self-awareness, realize personal potential, and ensure sustainable development
