Abstract

Forensic Collisions Between Digital Logic and Institutional Authority is a canonical forensic companion examining recurring structural incompatibilities between digital execution logic and institutional authority. It functions as a recognition-grade constitutional record within the Settlement Before Scale corpus. This work is non-binding, non-normative, non-evidentiary, and jurisdiction-neutral. It is not a legal opinion, regulatory instrument, evidentiary submission, standard, framework, or methodology. It introduces no new facts, findings, or determinations. The volume performs structural reclassification of existing public institutional records issued by authorities exercising monetary, supervisory, resolution, audit, or insolvency mandates. It assigns no fault, intent, negligence, or liability and preserves institutional dignity by treating authority absence as a structural condition rather than an accusation. This work functions exclusively as a failure mirror within the trilogy: Settlement Before Scale — Doctrine (WHY) Institutional Settlement Integrity Framework (ISIF) — Constitution (WHAT) Institutional Settlement Stewardship — Interpretation (HOW) It does not modify, extend, reinterpret, or adjudicate those works. It demonstrates their necessity through recurrence. This volume imposes no sentence, offers no remedies, prescribes no governance response, and authorizes no enforcement. Recognition ends where judgment must begin elsewhere.
