ABSTRACT Club Hub is a centralised web-based platform developed to simplify and automate the management of student club activities in educational institutions. Traditional club management methods rely on manual processes and scattered communication tools, which often lead to inefficiency, data inconsistency, and reduced student participation. Club Hub addresses these issues by providing a unified system for club registration, event management, member tracking, attendance monitoring, and communication. The platform supports role-based access for administrators, coordinators, and students, ensuring secure and organised operations. By integrating automated notifications, digital records, and feedback mechanisms, Club Hub enhances transparency and improves coordination among users.
