Abstract

Reader’s note: New readers are encouraged to begin with Part 0 , Chapter 4 (“Architecture of the Series and Reader Orientation ”), which provides a brief overview and orientation to the Framework. Links to Preprints are listed in Part 0, Chapter 5 (“Publication and Citation Record”) This supplementary Part introduces a non-metric, qualitative formal layer clarifying the internal structure of the Governance Simplex within the Wittenberg Framework. It explicates the framework’s internal relational architecture by making explicit its configuration space, admissibility constraints, and transformation structure. The formalization does not introduce quantification, prediction, optimization, or normative ranking. Instead, it provides a structural scaffold that stabilizes interpretive analysis by rendering relations of adjacency, compatibility, rigidity, and transformation potential formally explicit. This Part is not an introduction to the framework. It presupposes familiarity with its basic axial architecture and conceptual foundations as developed in Parts 0–IV.
