THE SUBCORTICAL INTRUSION STRUCTURE: CONVERGENCE OF AFFECTIVE NEUROMARKETING AND PSYCHOACOUSTIC ENGINEERING IN THE EROSION OF COGNITIVE SOVEREIGNTY
Abstract
FORENSIC ABSTRACT This thesis conducts a forensic audit on the emergence of a novel behavioral control architecture resulting from the convergence of two distinct disciplines: Negative Affect Neuromarketing and Supraliminal Psychoacoustic Engineering. Through a critical meta-analysis, we demonstrate that the persuasion paradigm has shifted from conscious argumentation to the exploitation of subcortical vulnerabilities. The research maps how AI-simulated "Digital Empathy" and the manipulation of psychoacoustic parameters (timbre, roughness, spectral centroid) create an intrusion vector that bypasses prefrontal cortical inhibition, directly accessing the Amygdala and the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) axis. Finally, this architecture is subjected to an ethical audit based on Judaic Jurisprudence (Halacha)—specifically the principles of Geneivat Da'at (theft of mind) and Lifnei Iver (placing a stumbling block before the blind)—proposing a new framework of "Neuro-Ontological Sovereignty" as a defense mechanism against the colonization of the subconscious.
