The Sovereign Corpus — Adjudicative Companion for Contested Authority
Abstract
This work is a non-normative, non-procedural adjudicative companion clarifying how claims of authority should be interpreted when contested under conditions of structural failure. The Sovereign Corpus — Adjudicative Companion for Contested Authority does not decide disputes, prescribe remedies, define standards of proof, or establish rules of evidence. It does not grant or withdraw jurisdiction, authorize adjudicative action, or substitute for law. Its function is interpretive: to frame the constitutional context in which authority claims are read when actorhood integrity, intelligence integrity, or settlement legitimacy is absent or degraded. The companion addresses adjudication as a constitutional posture rather than a procedural function. It explains why courts and tribunals cannot restore actorhood, guarantee intelligence, or repair settlement legitimacy through judgment alone. It clarifies the limits of adjudicative power, distinguishing recognition from repair, interpretation from enforcement, and authority from execution. Rather than proposing tests or frameworks, the work defines conditions under which authority claims become contestable and identifies what adjudication cannot legitimately do when structural preconditions fail. It preserves separation of powers by refusing to convert adjudication into regulation, policy-making, or institutional design. The publication is jurisdiction-neutral and does not constitute legal advice. It is part of a closed constitutional corpus examining institutional authority in the digital era and is intended exclusively for courts, tribunals, arbitral bodies, constitutional reviewers, and scholars concerned with the interpretation of authority when legitimacy is contested but disputes must still be decided.
