Execution of Modal Triplet Theory II: Flavor, CKM, Neutral, and Higgs Status after Profile-Standard SM Closure
Abstract
We present the second Tier 4 execution of Modal Triplet Theory (MTT), extending the explicit Calabi–Yau realization constructed previously to the flavor, neutrino, and Higgs sectors. All gauge, gravitational, axion, and threshold data determined in earlier tiers are held fixed. Flavor hierarchies arise from local geometric data, including wavefunction separations, holonomy phases, and small instanton effects, without introducing new global parameters. We compute explicit Yukawa textures, quark and lepton mixing matrices, neutrino masses, and the Higgs quartic boundary condition, and verify consistency with experimental data after renormalization-group running. The results demonstrate that realistic flavor physics and Higgs phenomenology can be obtained on the same geometric corner as the gauge and gravitational sectors, without retuning upstream inputs. This work completes the Tier 4 execution of MTT and establishes the internal consistency of its flavor sector.
